Holistic Wellness Plans
As an HMI integrative health coach with a history of eating disorders (both anorexia and orthorexia), I approach nutrition and functional wellness as a journey, an integration - rather than a cold and calculated process. Recovery for me was an un-learning of all the self-judgment that caused me to resent my body rather than support it. It took decades to learn that I was somehow lacking; unraveling that limiting belief took patience, dedication, and an empowering new perception.

My goal is to continually connect back to education with all of my clients, so that you can guide your own health with truly informed decisions. Single Session
45 minute in-person or private phone session

Comprehensive Care Package
6 session package ~ weekly or bi-weekly sessions
With a higher level of accountability. this package allows me to work more closely with you to help you reach your goals. You may need help with staying on track as you form new habits, or you may just feel more comfortable with 1-on-1 support as you grow more confident in yourself.

monthly access ~ 2 sessions per month @ 30 min each
This package is slightly less personalized; maybe you don’t need to work as closely together to reach your goals. You might do better with general accountability sessions and jumping right into your new habits. Maybe you have a general idea of what you want to accomplish, but aren’t sure exactly where to start.
