Who are you, beneath the layers of who you were told to be?

1:1 Coaching: Single Sessions
Sometimes, we get by with a little help from our friends.
Maybe you’re not looking to do a deep dive. Maybe you already have, and something has come up that you want to talk through. Maybe you’re just going through a hard moment and could use some support.
I opened this space for single sessions with adaptability in mind.
Whether your focus is currently on your nutrition and health, your emotional terrain, or even events or relationships in your life that you feel could benefit from a closer look, you can bring your concerns to a single coaching call and walk away with more clarity and perhaps even action steps.
These sessions are 60 minutes and largely guided by the energetic flow during the session. Any feedback I offer will be consent-forward and include recommendations for further holistic practices to support your situation.
Session fee is $75 or package of 3 for $190.

Let’s first take a look at your current level of wellness, based on your perspective. What does wellness mean to you? What are your actual goals? We will explore current habits and routines, as well as limiting beliefs and conflicting patterns which you might not realize have been blocking your health.
This foundation is crucial to our next step: acceptance and forgiveness. Without these, all of the action plans and diet changes in the world won’t lead you to where you truly want to go. This is not a “one and done” approach; we will revisit this step throughout our time together, to be sure you are able to integrate your new habits fully and believe in them.
When we identify the changes that will benefit your mind, body, and spirit, you will gain fresh perspective— a melting pot of the experiences that got you here, along with new lessons to help you feel empowered and confident in your choices as you goin control of your own health.
