The role of North Star Rising is not to prescribe or assess nutrient levels; provide health care, medical or nutrition therapy services; or to diagnose, treat, or cure and disease, condition or other physical or mental ailment of the human body. any advice given is not meant to take the place of advice by healthcare professionals. By using my services, you agree that you have chosen to work with me as a Wellness Coach and understand that the information received should not be seen as medical or nursing advice.

RELEASE OF CLAIMS: You acknowledge that, as a Client, you take full responsibility for your life and well-being, as well as the lives and well-being of your family and children if applicable, and for all decisions made during and after utilizing my programs. You assume the risks of the programs, including the risks of trying new foods or supplements, and the risks inherent in making lifestyle changes. You agree to release me from and and all liability, damages, causes of action, allegations, suits, sums of money, claims and demands whatsoever, in law or equity, which you have ever had, now have, or will have in the future against me as a Coach, arising from your past or future participation in, or otherwise respect to, my programs.

CONFIDENTIALITY: I am committed to client safety and I will keep all of your personal information private. Before or at the time of collecting personal information, I will identify the purposes for which the information is being collected. I will not share your information to any third party unless compelled to by law. If you follow links on my website that take you to other web pages, I am not responsible for their use of your information or the confidentiality of such.

CLIENT STORIES: In the event that I share real world experiences, examples, testimonials, photos, and insights about other people’s experiences, this is for purposes of illustration only. They are not intended to represent or guarantee that current or future clients will achieve the same or similar results. I will not share your last name or your photo unless I have your prior knowledge and consent.
