Part 1: Unfuck Your Mind

Module 1: The Absorptive State
In this introductory Module we dive into aspects of Trauma, what you may have absorbed through experiencing trauma, and graphing your past in terms of when you felt Powerful or Powerless.

Module 2: Unmet Needs
In this module we’re diving into the roles of parents and how their parenting shapes and affects us as adults. We’re also going to be learning about needs: knowing what they are, that we are meant to have them, and how any unmet needs we may have experienced in childhood are still showing up as wounds in our life today.

Module 3: Fear
In this module we discuss how all fear inevitably leads to the fear of death, how that concept can leave one feeling powerless, meaningless, and feel very deep. We also look at institutions and frameworks in the 3d world are often set up to prey on those fears and manipulate through them.

Module 4: Shame & Guilt
What does shame feel like to you, can you track it in your body? And then the same for guilt. Do they feel different? Do they cause different reactions or calls to action? In this module, we talk about how shame is often us internalizing those moments on our timeline when we felt powerless. We get in touch with our actual core values, and we work on a powerful forgiveness exercise.

Part 2: Trust Your Gut

Module 5: Cellular Memory
We discuss where we’ve been so far on this journey, the questions we’ve started to explore: what do YOU like? What feels best for YOU? Together we examine how the marks of trauma can be passed down through generations and ultimately take root within the individual cells. We begin to learn how to purposely bring moments of presence in a safe way.

Module 6: Exploration
In this module, we’re looking at how certain memories may be stored in the body that are holding onto energy that’s holding you back. This is where we start to bring in willingness now that we know we can provide for ourselves, meet our own needs, and hold space for our own fears.

Module 7: Inner Messages
This module is all about the huge journey we’ve been on for the past 7 weeks, and the remarkable journey you’ve been on throughout your life. Realizing how understated it is, that you made it here, to this place of self awareness and recognizing your inner guidance. In moments of overwhelm, you can always zoom out to find that moment of gratitude. We focus on trusting oneself and hearing the messages fom your body’s 7 energy centers.

Module 8: Boundaries
We learn how trauma can cause our inner terrain to feel rocky, and so it may be helpful to mindfully create conditions in which we feel more comfortable and secure on the “outside.” I discuss how coping mechanisms can sometimes be placeholders for our big emotions, so that we can turn to the mechanism or habit instead of feeling the discomfort of the rocky terrain. In this module we learn how to define the perimeter of our own personal boundaries, and how to protect that space.

Part 3: Follow Your Heart

Module 9: Reparenting
We start Part 3 with a celebration of what we have accomplished in Parts 1&2. We look candidly at what we are in pain about: we have to look at what we didn’t receive, that we actually really needed. We learn how to show up for ourselves in those moments of need, and complete an exercise in peaceful detachment and feeling the energy of our ideal, dream life.

Module 10: Grieving the Loss
Here we take the concepts we’ve introduced over the last several modules and apply them to a big picture reality to see how complex the formation of our perception is, and how far-reaching and complex trauma has been for us as we learn to grow through it into an empowered future. Discussing how some people are more action oriented, some are more literal, some feel the vibe before it’s time to act. We keep this in mind as we cover grief and have conversation with the inner child.

Module 11: Connecting
I start with a story - how I felt uncomfortable in church. I would ask people what they had so much faith in. I felt left out of a secret. I saw them come to church smiling & assumed their life was perfect. My life didn’t feel perfect & I went to church, so I must be doing something wrong. Here we feel into something bigger than our own limiting thoughts, & let go of the fear of authority & owning our power. We learn to gauge alignment in our life & release destructive thought patterns.

Module 12: Your Soul Self
Creative Energy: We start by discussing how new things bring a jolt of energy or motivation. We feel into what did that for you as a child: new school supplies, an outfit on your birthday, a new workout plan, etc. We think about what we get a rush of excitement over now. A moment to get in touch with our sense of joy and purpose. We tap into that creative energy to connect with how it feels to BE you, and we learn how to honor that and live in alignment with your true core values.
