Aloha, my friend.

I’m Ashana Kaiulani, a QMBT Certified Therapist & Certified Holistic Health Coach. I guide women who’ve experienced trauma or difficult childhoods toward feeling more peaceful, confident, and connected to who they truly are. My work isn’t about fixing anyone—it’s about helping you reconnect with your inner self, challenge limiting beliefs, and find freedom through peaceful accountability.

After growing up in therapy and navigating my own healing journey, I realized lasting change doesn’t come from labels or diagnoses—it comes from going deeper, being curious, and learning to trust yourself. That’s why I don’t focus on just one method or quick-fix solutions. Instead, I blend nervous system regulation, emotional wisdom, and inner child connection with practical, grounded tools you can use in real life. My approach is nurturing but real—encouraging you to take aligned action while being unapologetically kind to yourself.

I believe healing happens when we feel seen, understood, and empowered to take responsibility for our lives. My job? To guide you there, with honesty, compassion, and a whole lot of heart.
